Event Policy: All sales final. No refunds or exchanges.

There will be NO REFUNDS for any reason!

1. Tickets may NOT be given, sold, or exchanged to other students.

2. Each student is allowed to purchase a maximum of two tickets: one for self and one for a guest.

3. Guests are permitted into the event only in the company of the Adirondack junior or senior and must leave when their date leaves.

4. All ACS rules of conduct apply to the guest, as well as to the junior or senior. The ACS junior or senior is responsible for their guest at all times.

5. NO REFUNDS will be given to students who do not show up for any reason (including suspension from school) or not allowed to enter due to improper behavior, dress code violation, or use/possession of alcohol, tobacco, or drugs.

6. Guests must be at least in high school and no older than 20.

7. Juniors and Seniors are not allowed to purchase prom tickets for guests that are not their date.

8. Dress Code: Basic concepts of the school dress code policy will be enforced. Attire that is overly revealing, extremely short, low cut, or excessively sheer is not appropriate for any school activity. Males are to keep their dress shirts on during the dance. Please keep this in mind when renting or purchasing your attire.

9. Dance Rules:
   

   1. You and your guest are not to use profane language, drugs, alcoholic beverages, tobacco, or vaping devices

   2. Students dancing or behaving inappropriately will be escorted out of the dance and will not be given a refund. This includes any sexually explicit-type dancing. If prom attendees are escorted out of the dance, parents will be notified.

   3. Any student who is on suspension or expulsion 2 weeks prior to the event, may not attend an ACS dance/event, and will not be given a refund.

   4. All prom attendees must completely fill out the appropriate contract form and turn it in at the time that they pick up their ticket(s). They must pick up their ticket and their guest’s ticket at the same time. They must also check in at the dance at the same time WITH dance tickets.

   5. Former ACS students who have been removed or transferred for disciplinary reasons must have an administrator’s approval to attend. (Use the NON-ACS Guest Form).

   6. Guests must be in good standing at their home school and not be suspended at the time of the dance. Guests still in high school must have their school administrator approve and sign their contract.

   7. Dance attendees must arrive between 7:00-7:30 pm. Advisors will notify parents of any ACS student who is not present once dinner begins and/or leaves the dance before 9:30 pm.

   8. No one leaving the dance will be readmitted.

   9. Any violation of school rules will result in discipline in accordance with school policy and possibly your immediate removal from the dance without refund.

   10. You and your guest will be required to check out when leaving the dance.

   11. Crowning of the Prom King and Prom Queen: The crowning of Prom Royalty will take place at 9:00 pm on the night of Prom. If the winner is absent, the next runner-up will be crowned.
